Machias ADU Floor Plan

Designed for Ward’s ADU Series, the Machias keeps the kitchen, dining area, and living room connected along one side of its 920-square-foot layout. A fireplace location is shown on the living-room wall, and an exterior door opens directly to the covered porch.

Two bedrooms sit on the opposite side of the plan with the shared bath positioned between them. Each bedroom measures 10′ x 11′. The bathroom includes a double vanity, separate shower, and tub, while the main entry opens beside the kitchen and dining area near the hallway.
