The Saco ADU Floor Plan

The Saco ADU fits a separate bedroom, one bath, and the main living spaces into 405 square feet. The bedroom and bath sit on one side of the layout, while the kitchen, dining area, and living room share the other side. A kitchen counter with seating for three helps connect the cooking and living areas.

At the front, a rafter porch leads directly into the living room. The plan measures 23′-4″ x 17′-4″, giving homeowners a smaller footprint without combining the bedroom with the main living area.
