The Allagash is a two-bedroom accessory dwelling unit plan that fits two baths and the main living spaces into 879 square feet. It divides the bedrooms between the main floor and the loft, giving each level its own bedroom and bath.
From the front deck, the main entrance opens directly into the living room. The kitchen and dining area sit just behind it, with the stairs tucked along one side. Upstairs, the loft has another bedroom and bath. The rest of the upper floor remains open above the rooms below, creating cathedral ceilings through much of the main living area.
For a property owner who wants an ADU with a true second bedroom and a second bath, the Allagash is worth a look.
