Our in-house team will work alongside you to achieve your design dreams — including square footage and architectural features — while also respecting your bottom line.

3. How do you join the logs together?

If you’ve done any amount of research into log homes, you know that how the logs come together can make a world of difference in how your home feels and functions. We ensure a comfortable, air-tight home using tongue and groove joinery. Our three-point sealing system relies on a dado cut with a foam seal strip between the logs, plus backer rod and caulking on the exterior of the log. 4. What is included in the package?

We want our clients to know exactly what they are getting when they purchase a Ward log home. That’s why we provide an up-front package list with a detailed list of supplies.

5. Do you offer a warranty?

Every Ward home comes with a 20-year warranty on all log home components, as well as the assurance that we will assist with any warranty claims of our suppliers, which include trusted names like Andersen, Schlage, CertainTeed and Perma-Chink.
