If you’re planning to take delivery in 2027, you can secure Ward’s 2026 materials package pricing by placing your order with a 25% initial investment by December 31, 2026.
The offer applies to Ward log homes, hybrid homes, log cabins, and garages. You can choose a standard plan, modify one of our plans, or work with us on a custom design.
Additional prepayment savings
- Receive a 1% discount when you prepay 50% of your Ward materials package.
- Receive a 2% discount when you prepay 100% of your Ward materials package.
Securing your package price now protects the approved materials packaged included in your order from Ward’s 2027 price changes. You can then continue preparing for delivery during the 2027 building season.
Delivery space for 2027 is limited and scheduled as orders are completed. Starting early gives you time to review your plans, understand what is included, and make informed decisions before the December 31 deadline.
